Execute daily administrative work for the supervisor.
General secretarial duties to the supervisor such as correspondence, scheduling appointments, email and mail processing, presentations etc.
To make travel arrangements for the supervisor and make the necessary bookings.
To organize events, such as internal and external meetings, conferences, visits from guests, business conferences etc.
To be in charge for the administration of confidential files (e.g contract management)
To manage other assigned tasks within the company such as HR, M&S, QC, IT, G&S, Logistics, DRP or SHE etc.
To sort all different documents (various correspondences and invoices etc.) and file them accurately to keep archives up-to-date
