Qualifications- Bachelor’s Degree: Required. Preferably in Business
Administration, Management, Finance, or a related field.
- Master’s Degree: Highly preferred. An MBA or a Master’s in

Professional Certifications- Certifications in project management (e.g., PMP), executive
assistance, or business analysis can be beneficial.
- Any additional certifications in leadership, strategic
management, or financial analysis would be advantageous.
Knowledge of Artificial Intelligence (AI)- Understanding the basics and importance of AI in modern
business.
- Ability to leverage AI tools for business analysis and
decision-making.
Professional Experience- Minimum 7-10 years* of experience in a high-level executive
support role.

Industry Experience- Experience in the same or related industry as the CEO’s
organization would be beneficial.

Responsibilities
