Sandvik Mining and Rock Solutions is a business area within the Sandvik Group and a global leading supplier of equipment and tools, service and technical solutions for the mining and construction industries. Application areas include rock drilling, rock cutting, loading and hauling, tunnelling and quarrying. We are now looking for an Executive Administration to join us. The position is based in Agucha Mines, Rajasthan.


Areas of responsibility:


  • Ensure that Sandvik Safety & Environment Policies, Systems and Programs are understood.
  • Ensure that workshop, plant and equipment are maintained in a safe operating condition.
  • Be familiar with and comply with proper health and safety practices.
  • Use the required safety devices and proper personal protective safety equipment.
  • Notify supervisor immediately of unsafe conditions and acts.
  • Report all accidents to supervisor immediately.
  • Report all accidents, incidents, and injuries immediately and complete all relevant documentation.
  • Transportation management
  • Travel Desk management
  • Guest House Management
  • Canteen management
  • Estate Management
  • Estate and guesthouse housekeeping and horticultural management
  • Security management, arranging Gate pass for medical & VTC (Vocational Training Programme).
  • Register Maintenance (Wages Register, OT Register, Master Roll, Damage & Fine Control Register, Advance Register)
  • Budget Preparation & Cost Control 
  • General administration duties 
  • Raise purchase request for purchase local items.
  • Process all vender invoices to finance for payment

Your profile:


Ideal Candidate should be a Graduate with at least 5 years hands on experience in handling administration in mining  or Project sites.


Other required competencies that we find necessary are:


Excellent time management skills 


Strong analytical & reconciliation skills 


Sound knowledge of Microsoft software packages 


Ability to problem solve 


High attention to detail and accuracy in work produced 


Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently and within a team


Professional approach and the ability to meet strict KPI's is a must


Good People management capability & ability to manage crisis.
