Job Description:
The Excellence & Experience Senior Manager is responsible for supporting the delivery of the Operations & Advisory strategy and leading the Operation Excellence and Experience teams, as well as the Knowledge Management team globally. This role involves setting continuous improvement strategies, leading Continuous Improvement initiatives, and strategically collecting and listening to the Voice of Customer to enhance service performance, quality, and customer experience while ensuring cost efficiency in a safe and compliant manner. Collaboration with global operations field leaders, Global Solutions Owners, and Centres of Expertise (COEs) is essential to plan and prioritize projects and initiatives in alignment with the delivery of the division’s strategy.
Role purpose:
To innovate and deliver HR services and solutions globally, ensuring compliance and consistency across Business Technology Centres, and driving continuous improvement and efficiency.
Role reporting relationships:
7 direct reports, 20 indirect reports
Role accountabilities:
- Create and implement operational excellence strategies
- Develop and implement continuous improvement framework
- Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor operations
- Develop performance reporting tools
- Lead Knowledge Management team
- Plan and prioritize projects and improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with control & assurance team
- Establish and maintain key partner relationships
- Build a high-performing team
- Create an inclusive environment
- Inspire teams to learn new skills and adopt new practices
- Provide visible leadership to drive capability development
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical/business field; Master’s degree preferred

Essential Experience and Job Requirements:
- Minimum 15 years of working experience
- Significant (10+ years) leadership experience across process improvements, operations, and systems

- Proven track record of driving strategic change
- Skilled in all Microsoft 365 suite of applications
Technical:
- Strong knowledge of HR tools and systems - Proficiency in Lean, Six Sigma, and other process improvement methodologies
