Provide first-line support for end-user computing devices, including desktops, laptops, and mobile devices.
Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, ensuring timely resolution.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and enhance end-user computing solutions.
Document support processes and update knowledge base articles.
Assist in onboarding new users, including setup and configuration of devices.
Participate in training sessions to educate users on new technologies and processes.
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent experience required.
1 to 3 years of experience in IT support or a related field.
Strong troubleshooting skills with knowledge of various operating systems.
Familiarity with IT service management tools and ticketing systems.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with both technical and non-technical users.
