ETL Tester / Test Automation Architect

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled ETL Tester / Test Automation Architect with a strong background in automated testing and test methodologies. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in developing test automation frameworks, proficiency in Python, and expertise in automation tools. This role requires collaboration with data engineers, developers, and product owners in an Agile environment to ensure the quality and performance of our data integration processes.

Qualifications Required:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Experience:

• Minimum of 4+ years of experience in Automated Testing and Test Methodologies.
• Proven experience in developing test automation frameworks.

Automation Skills:

• Proficiency in Python and the ability to read and write code.
• Expertise in automation tools like pytest and Selenium (Python).
• Strong experience in API automation and UI automation.

Overall Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and execute automated test cases for ETL processes and data pipelines.
• Collaborate with data engineers, developers, and product owners in an Agile environment.
• Ensure quality and performance of data integration processes and data warehouses.
• Develop and maintain test automation frameworks.
• Conduct testing for large datasets in complex data environments.
• Utilize CI/CD practices for integrated testing and deployment.
• Monitor, analyze, and report test results to stakeholders.

• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members in testing best practices.
