ETL DataStage and SAP Business object Admin

About the team
This role is a part of our CPD SRE support Team. Involves in implementing, maintaining, and supporting applications software that is delivered on time and within budget. Work closely with customers, business analysts, and team members to understand business requirements that drive analysis and design of quality technical solutions ensuring alignment with the business.
What you will be doing
- Perform support activities required to maintain a high level of availability and stability for one or more applications including incident/problem analysis and resolution.
- Perform client reporting incident ticket investigation and provide a resolution within an SLA.
- Perform change deployment and certification, application performance, application operations management, and development support.
What you bring:
- Must have 10+ years’ experience Datastage and SAP Business object Admin and Support experience
- Must have experience with Unix/Linux-based applications, including a very good knowledge of Unix/Linux commands.
- Experience with BO 4.3 (XI and higher) to manage Incident Triage and upgrade the environment to a higher version.
- Must have experience in Oracle & SQL Server Database
- Experience setting up and configuring Windows/ Linux servers
- Strong automation experience using a variety of scripting languages
- Must have experience within a structured Ticketing Management environment (Incident Ticket, Problem ticket, Change ticket, and Service Request)
- Knowledge of Site Reliability Engineering practice and mindset is preferred.
Bonus if you have:
- Experience in troubleshooting problems with complex reports and data.
- Experience in monitoring applications, response time, system performance tuning, Installations, upgrades & maintenance activity
- Performs data analysis, data reconciliation, and data retrieval from various systems along with identification of data gaps and data quality issues.
- Ability to multitask & work with clients with good soft skills with good turnaround time
- Knowledge of SNOW, Splunk, PowerShell, and Dynatrace is preferred.
