Job Description

Key Responsibilities :


This person would need to:


1. Be flexible to UK hours (we would need to have enough coverage for calls with US  - no later than 5pm UK time)


2.Be on point for setting up, attending and recording all calls with external assurance provider and GSK business


3.Own GSK diary management, notes and actions follow ups, maintain/ create folder set up for organising document sharing, reviewing new request on portal from assurance provider and coordinating with individuals to close


4.Continuous improvement: Propose and support use of technology within scope of activities to accelerate reporting and improve team efficiency.
Years of experience: 3 to 6 Years

This would ensure learning curve is not too steep for the individual in the GSK role and minimum handholding from the business. Also, the actualworkdoneandlessonsfrompreviousassignmentwouldhelpus findacandidatebestfitfortherolewhocancreatevalueforGSK.
