Job Description:

ERP Analytics Lead provides best-in-class SAP Analytics solutions for Sanofi Consumer Healthcare business and Digital teams to bring value with data and deliver trusted insights, while ensuring the consistency and integrity of the applicative ecosystem.

Main responsibilities:

• Build technology roadmap for SAP Analytics products which include S/4HANA, BW4/HANA, Business Objects (Lumira, WebI and Analysis for Office), SAP Analytics Cloud and BODS and own communication to stakeholders.
• Define and own the operating model (on-site, nearshore and offshore) for SAP Analytics administration and development.
• Work continuously to evolve CHC SAP Analytics environments and adopt best practices for developing architectures. Align with respective digital technology teams on monitoring, provide reporting and KPIs for platform availability & performance. Drive the platform performance and optimization action plans.
• Understand the business requirements for S/4 HANA reporting needs and define the list of solutions that will be required to meet these requirements. Build, own and share decision tree to leverage right solution for a requirement with pros and cons. Organize and execute Knowledge transfer to implementation/ support partner on decision tree and norms/ standards.
• Design and build analytics best practices, standards, norms. Support the development and delivery of reusable components that can be orchestrated together.
• Advise and implement governance to manage project, change requests impacting SAP Analytics products and integrated components. Prepare, follow-up and ensure successful execution of project portfolio for SAP Analytics products.
• Own technical life cycle activities including upgrades with hosting provider and implementation partners.
• Establish partnership with functional architect teams and business. Setup and drive the governance to translate business needs to the backlog, mobilize SAP Analytics team to deliver the backlog.
• Drive the implementation partner activities in analytics design, development, testing and deployments. Set quality gates to ensure implementation partner is following agreed rules and SLAs.
• Managing relationship with SAP and relevant vendors regarding SAP Analytics products.
• Own expertise and apply to bring value and innovation on S/4HANA Analytics, BW4/HANA, Business Objects (Lumira, WebI and Analysis for Office), SAP Analytics Cloud and BODS.

About you

Experience:

• 8+ years of relevant experience in Analytics and reporting technologies working on Global projects, preferably in a FMCG and/or FMCH context.
• Strong experience and understanding of Data architecture, analytical solutions that include SAP and non-SAP solutions. Deep knowledge of organizational process, data and associated applications. Strong knowledge of Analytics solutions, tools and processes; collecting data from multiple systems on-premises and cloud-based.
• Strong knowledge in Advanced analytics topics including predictive and prescriptive analytics.
• Good working experience in SAP BW4/HANA and other Data warehouse platforms.
• Strong project management experience, communication, presentation & leadership skills
• Knowledge of working in SAP functional areas (specifically focused on SAP FI-CO, SD and Supply Chain) and leading projects with global scope.
• Experience of SAP analytics full lifecycle implementation projects.
• Experience with multi-geography, multi-tier service design and management.
• Can communicate solutions, ideas, suggestions to a variety of stakeholders effectively and comprehensibly. Strong value realization skills, understanding the financial implications and ROI.
• Conceptual and analytical thinking – ability to extract, analyze, and document complex business and technical requirements or strategies.
• Knowledge of agile/product development ways of working.
• Knowledge of technological trends.

Education: Bachelor’s Degree (B.A.) or equivalent in Information Technology or Engineering
