Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your extensive expertise in mechanical engineering to a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside dedicated, safety-conscious, and innovative teammates.
You'll lead the charge in maintaining our commitment to safety, quality, and efficiency. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (Manufacturing Engineering, Autonomous Teams, Support Functions), enforce safety protocols, and much more.
You’ll specifically take care of analyzing accidents and implementing action plans, as well as organizing problem-solving activities and updating technical work permits.
We’ll look to you for:
Enforcing environment, health, and safety standards
Providing safety training and improving safety communications
Ensuring production meets the highest quality standards
Driving team compliance with production planning and managing corrective actions
Optimizing resource allocation and managing the monthly cost base
Leading continuous improvement in processes and team performance
Developing team skills and autonomy

Degree in B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering
6 to 8 years of experience in Fabrication and Welding
Knowledge of safety protocols and risk management
Familiarity with quality assurance processes
A certification in relevant safety or quality management systems
Strong problem-solving skills
Excellent leadership and communication abilities
