Job Title: EPM Management Champion & PMO - AVP


Location: Pune, India


Role Description


  • The Business Architecture function of Group Architecture acts as the bridge between the bank's businesses and infrastructure functions to help deliver the efficiency, control and transformation goals of the bank.
  • This role will be working in the Architecture Governance team dedicated to governance and support of these processes.
  • Primarily focused on the Enterprise Process Management framework but potentially involvement in other governance within the same team.

Your key responsibilities


EPM Governance and Support


  • Support DB divisions in implementing Enterprise Process Management (EPM) i.e.,
    • Process discovery
    • Process modelling
  • Business and Technical Quality Assurance
  • Publication of approved process models
  • Annual re-certification process.
  • Lead activities to conduct trainings on EPM & EPM tool for internal teams,
  • Ensure that BPMN standards, as well as other BPM modelling guidelines and conventions of the bank are consistently applied.
  • Apply knowledge acquired on business process modelling notations to various forms of documenting processes.
  • Guide DB divisions to identify and assess process risks through risk identification process
  • Establish processes to perform business process and control reviews in relation to different process groups
  • Assist in design, implementation, and documentation of control framework to ensure the controls are aligned to process objectives
  • Guide division in identification of process improvement potential

PMO


  • Produce Status Reports and Dashboards: Regular updates on the progress of the project, including any risks, issues, and milestones.
  • Communicate proactively with internal customers and team members.
  • Support integration and alignment with other BPM related IT solutions
  • Develop strong working relationships with business stakeholders (process owner/ functional heads)
  • Create User Manuals/Training Materials: Guides and materials created to help end-users understand and use the new system or process effectively.

Your skills and experience


  • University degree – ideally in Finance, Business Administration, Mathematics or equivalent
  • At least 7 years experience in banking or asset management, preferrable in Process Management, Business Architecture and/or Control Management related activities
  • Experience in Asset Management Industry and/or Financial Industry
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively communicate with stakeholders
  • BPMN 2.0 or other BPM / Operational Excellence certification preferred.
  • Experience in operational risk management in either 1st or 2nd Line of Defense
  • Proficient in MS PowerPoint, Excel, and Word as well as a relevant Business Process Management Tools
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
