Act as Investigator of High and Medium severity accidents and incidents reported on CMO and Client Portals.  To act as sign off on Low and Medium Severity Incidents.


Provide reporting guidance and advice to Client, JLL teams or where necessary within the management of Vendors or Contractors Supply Chain.


Planning and Maintaining Reports and Records to provide suitable data to fulfil EHS In Country and Regional Account and JLL KPI Requirements.


Supporting and monitoring In Country Management Teams with the Post Audit Action Plans.


Secretary of the in Country EHS Working Group.


Manage the planning and delivery of EHS specialist and related In Country training to ensure Account and JLL training goals are achieved by all in country employees and regional assets based in India.


To oversee the effective data collection and management of Client, Account Specific and JLL EHS electronic portal systems (e.g. Corrigo, Enhesa, Oshens, CMO, and others).


Act as Specialist Sign Off (Level 3) for Permit to Work request requiring specialist EHS Expertise and Approval.


Planning and Conduct of Training and Tool Box Talks as required to manage specialist Account demands.


Tasks as required by the In Country PS Lead or In Country Operations Manager.   


Regional support:


Provide real time day to day support to Regional PS and Project Teams:  Including as required by functional leads attending Site Operations and Maintenance planning and on-site support PM and PMO meetings.


Training and Onboarding of Regional Vendors, Contractors, the Client  and other 3rd parties as required to use EPTW and other Relevant Portal systems required of them to carry out their commercial and contracted functions.


Acting as secretary to JLL and where required Client Working EHS and Specialist ‘Pillar’ (5) Group Committees.


Provide Regional Audit Inspection and expertise of In Country EHS Elements of JCAP  /OPSAIDE and to periodically conduct Regional Specialist EHS Onsite Audits (Tier 2) [PS and Projects] as required by the Regional EHS Management Plan.


Supporting and monitoring In Country Teams with Post Audit Action Plans.


To effectively plan and manage Regional and In Country EHS Statutory Compliance and Statutory Audits to ensure KPI Targets are met.


To oversee, record and maintain the EHS Regional Risk Register and other Regional Governance documents required by the client and JLL.


To oversee and maintain effective management of Regional Data Portals as required in the MSA


including Building Occupancy and H&S Sharepoint databases.


Deputy EHS Director


To act as EHS specialist Advisor and Report to the MS Account Director and JLL APAC Regional HSSE Director and their subordinates during prolonged absence of the EHS Director.


To Engage and report to the Client, and in particular the EHS VP [and others] on matters of specialist interest when required by the EHS Director or others as required by their role and function and in accordance with the EHS Safety Management Plan. 


To Investigate and Report as required on specialist EHS matters when Instructed by the EHS Director or other Account Functional leads.  


To support In Country FM and the Regional Account Team with periodic reviews of National and Regional Business Resilience, Interruption and Continuity Plans.


Qualifications Required:


NEBOSH GC or National Equivalent
