Updates existing or participates in the creation of new applications to support requirements. Participates in high level table, page or site design, query design, system coding, prototyping, system integration and testing by leveraging available tools and architecture as specified by management. Monitors impacts of proposed solutions. Maintains existing, basic to moderately complex application systems using established procedures and protocols including user interfaces, space requirements, databases, reports, views, web sites, application functions and existing processes. Conducts scripted quality analysis and quality assurance testing of proposed and implemented solutions including functional, usability, integration, performance, quality assurance, operations, recovery and user acceptance tests. Conducts user requirements analyses and systems evaluations of existing application software systems using advanced tools and techniques e.g. debugging, to resolve problems, issues or requests. Performs other duties as required.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelorâs degree in Computer science, Information Systems, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering or related discipline. 0 years. Domestic and/or international travel may be required. The frequency of travel is contingent on specific duties, responsibilities, and the essential functions of the position, which may vary depending on workload and project demands. Equivalent additional directly related experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.
