Teams Enterprise Voice Role


Overview


We require a Teams Enterprise Voice support engineer to join our Operations team to ensure the smooth functioning and maintenance of an M365 cloud environment. The main goal of this role is to provide technical support and tackle for Teams Enterprise Voice. This role also involves configuring and fix Audio Code Gateways and Sonus / Ribbon SBCs. Candidates need to have key skills and knowledge in VoIP (Voice over Internet Protocol), SIP (Session Initiation Protocol) and PSTN technologies, as well as experience in working with Teams Enterprise Voice and related devices. Experience in vendor management, monitoring platforms, and hands-on work with Teams Enterprise Voice and associated hardware is a requisite!!


Key Skills


Knowledge of voice and data networking, including VoIP, SIP, and PSTN. Experience with cloud-based communication systems and their integration with on-premises systems. Direct Routing Teamwork Services e.g., SharePoint, Teams, Viva Engage, etc. Audio Codes Gateways Sonus / Ribbon SBCs O365 (OneDrive, Exchange, and the Office 365 stack) Configuration and support of SIP Phones \ Dect solutions \ Teams Devices MS720 certification
