Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and Customize ServiceNow Applications: Utilize JavaScript, Web Services, MYSQL, XML, HTML, and CSS to develop and
customize ServiceNow applications.
- Workflow Administration: Configure out-of-the-box workflows and create/maintain custom workflows.
- Integration: Integrate ServiceNow applications with third-party systems/applications via APIs.
- Configuration Management: Manage the Configuration Management Database (CMDB) and ensure data integrity.
- Technical Support: Provide technical support and troubleshooting for ServiceNow applications.
- Product Management: Collaborate with product management teams to align ServiceNow solutions with business objectives.
- Business Analysis: Gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into technical specifications for ServiceNow solutions.
- Documentation: Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including user manuals and system documentation.
- Process Improvement: Assist in process improvement initiatives by working across technical teams to enhance the systems, processes and
controls to ensure effective development, monitoring, and support is in place
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT Product Management.
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow development and configuration.
- Experience with JavaScript, Web Services, MYSQL, XML, HTML, and CSS.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- ServiceNow System Administrator Certification is a plus.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with ITIL, ITSM, and Agile methodologies.
- Familiarity with LDAP integration, custom scripting, and third-party software integrations.
- Ability to build ServiceNow reports, dashboards, and homepages.
