The Position

Position – Enterprise Key Accounts Manager


Your Opportunity


You as EKAM will build strategic customer relationships. On a broader level the responsibilities will be related to customer service, sales, marketing and public relations and to be the "face" of a company and help bring in new business and retain existing customers. You will also have an objective of raising awareness among / across the internal (Roche) team. You will report to Lead of EKAM


Key Activities


1. Business Strategy and Planning
  • Plan the strategy & new initiatives for designated EKAM (large groups of networked customers) for the current year as well as for long term (3-5 years) to substantially increase share of business in the EKAM segment
  • Build Strategy in conjunction with the sales, service and marketing team to persuade customers to switchover Roche solutions
  • Drive Profitable growth by engaging various levers such as new solutions, and high medical value solutions & completely map the customer right from identification to span of business to the business potential of that customer
  • Plan Marketing Budget and engagements required for all account stakeholders
2. Execution of Strategy & Management
  • Lead and collaborate with the team to achieve the goals (should have the capability – future requirement)
  • Hold management board level discussions between enterprise accounts and Roche to co-create win-win strategic roadmap
  • Manage customer relationship directly as well as indirectly through the sales force & ensure that the contracts are renewed regularly & manage entire KOL for the assigned accounts. Also able to upsell on new products & services
  • Responsible for Information Management and reporting pertinent data with Business Unit Head on quarterly and annual basis
  • Responsible for educating colleagues and customers on the latest product or service information
  • Able to follow-up on new leads & update the rest of EKAM team on the updates regarding the same
Who You Are:
  • Proven experience in managing large key accounts from any luxury selling industries, concept selling, consultative selling experience would be an added advantage
  • Ability to connect with C level customers on broader aspects related to entire account
  • Experience in working with large MNC will be an added advantage
