LCCI Tech Team is actively looking for a motivated leader for Enterprise Data Organization who will promote the optimal extraction of data and improve data infrastructure and operations aligned with organizational goals, while fostering operational excellence, compliance, and collaboration across teams and stakeholders.Senior leader and strategic business partner in driving data and analytics services to fuel business driven insights enabling a competitive advantage. Manages an enterprise-wide data function such as Enterprise Data Strategy, Governance, Data Delivery and common data architecture.


The Enterprise Data program is developing a fully integrated and intuitive data and analytics platform. This platform will enable Lilly team members to quickly view, access, and analyze data sets in statistical environments, advanced analytics environments, and BI/visualization tools. Contributors can easily ingest, prepare, and analyze new data sets (cleanse, enhance, publish) for others to utilize.


Key responsibilities include:


  • Create and review test plans, test cases, and test data; identify problems, perform root cause analysis, and execute solutions.
  • Develop and review automated and manual testing scripts.
  • Develop and review functional and non-functional specifications.
  • Develop and review technical requirements documents.
  • Develop, maintain, and document a software test environment.
  • Create and review test reports.
  • Implement automated regression testing tools and processes.
  • Promote, encourage, and champion the use of automated testing.
  • Participate in regular SAFe Agile framework team ceremonies.
  • Create required Artifacts and get them reviewed and approved by the required stakeholders.

Basic Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, management information systems or equivalent work experience 
  • 6 to 10 years of Experience in ETL / ELT Automation, API and Performance testing.
  • 5+ years of experience on Agile, version control (GitHub) and CI/CD.
  • ETL Tester with 5+ years of experience on SQL, Python, AWS / Azure.
  • Preferred experience in any automation framework like SELENIUM(Java/Python).
  • Preferred experience in any performance testing tool like Load runner / JMeter.
  • ISTQB Certified will be an added advantage.
  • Data warehousing concepts.
