Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Middle School English Teacher to join faculty with IGCSE experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in English literature and language, with the ability to foster critical thinking, creativity, and effective communication skills among students. The candidate will be responsible for teaching Middle School in IGCSE curriculum
Key Responsibilities:
● Plan, deliver, and assess engaging lessons aligned with Cambridge IGCSE English curriculum standards.
● Teach English Language and Literature with a focus on analytical, creative, and academic writing skills.
● Develop lesson plans that incorporate inquiry-based learning, interdisciplinary connections, and differentiated instruction.
● Utilize technology and digital resources to enhance learning experiences.
● Collaborate with colleagues to design cross-curricular projects and participate in professional learning communities.
● Engage in extracurricular activities such as literary clubs, debate teams, or drama productions.
Qualifications & Requirements:
● Educational Background: Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in English, Literature, Education, or a related field along with B.Ed
● Experience: Minimum 5 years of teaching experience
● Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
