Could you be the full-time ALM Deployment Leader in Bangalore we’re looking for?
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your engineering and ALM expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside dedicated and innovative teammates.
You'll drive the deployment of the ALM IBM to existing programs/projects, ensuring seamless integration and functionality. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (Process Owners, Authors, Project Teams), support troubleshooting efforts, and much more.
You’ll specifically take care of organising reviews, supporting training for Key Users and End Users, and capturing Return of Experience to feedback to the Core ALM Team, but also ensure the coherence of all individual tools within the ALM solution.
We’ll look to you for:
Driving deployment schedules and process mapping for ALM
Coordinating verification and validation activities
Providing training and support to users
Ensuring solutions meet project business needs
Promoting ALM knowledge on site
Communicating effectively with internal and external partners
All about you
We value passion and attitude over experience. That’s why we don’t expect you to have every single skill. Instead, we’ve listed some that we think will help you succeed and grow in this role:
Degree in engineering
Experience or understanding of ALM, preferably with a minimum of 2 years’ experience
Knowledge of configuration management, requirement management, verification, and validation processes
Familiarity with the Jazz Platform
A certification in a relevant field.
Open mindset and quick learning abilities
Fluency in English (written and spoken)

You don’t need to be a train enthusiast to thrive with us. We guarantee that when you step onto one of our trains with your friends or family, you’ll be proud. If you’re up for the challenge, we’d love to hear from you!
