We are currently seeking a Program Manager with relevant experience in business operations, program management & change management.

PayPal’s Global Product Solutions (GPS) aims to power the next wave of growth for PayPal by serving the needs of consumers and merchants. Our product organization delivers strategic new capabilities and scale our products across the globe. You will work as one team with product managers, engineering and design teams as well with many global cross functional teams to execute a product roadmap.
Program management team is responsible to plan and deliver end to end complex programs globally. This team works across product, engineering, multiple other cross-functional teams, internal and external partners to ensure timely planning, execution and launch / go-to market of programs.

As a business operations project manager, you will drive key initiatives and projects that support our strategic objectives. Working closely with our leadership (SVP/VP levels), stakeholders, and our technology teams, you will ensure communications support to the GPS leadership team and broader global teams.


The program manager promotes solid execution and fact-based decision-making across the organization; acting as the ‘connective tissue’ that links all aspects of the GPS organization seamlessly. The position will ensure our operating model, OKR’s, investment plan and portfolio are designed and implemented to deliver against the defined strategy. If you are passionate about identifying, developing and implementing AI drive solutions to streamline processes, improve productivity and enhance decision making across our GPS organization, we’d like to meet you.



Your day to day


Program management with business operations key responsibilities includes: 


  • Create presentations, creatives and related content.


  • Develop materials to facilitate product performance-tracking forums (e.g., OKRs, KPIs) with cross-functional and cross-regional teams


  • Support the execution of AI-powered strategies to optimize internal operations and business processes.


  • Prepare program plans, drive execution & delivery of projects


  • Manage scope and milestones across project(s) to ensure completion of project(s) goals.


  • Identify and track project interdependencies to ensure timely and successful delivery.


  • Identify, track, prioritize, and drive resolution of project level issues, leveraging lessons learned from prior experience and work to address and mitigate systemic issues.


  • Monitor and measure progress to ensure that the projects are on track, document accurate status of projects.


What do you need to bring-


Professional experience requirements:


  • Overall 6 years of experience with 2 years in business operations and program management in a tech environment


  • Excel at storytelling and narrative building. Excellent verbal and written communications skills required in English


  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite


  • Experience in Payments or Fintech industry will be an added advantage


  • Ability to manage change and ambiguity with an action-orientation/drive – must thrive in a dynamic environment
