What you’ll do:

We are looking for an Engineering Manager, with a passion for people development, to lead a Scrum team as defined in Harmonized Product Operating Model. In the role of Engineering manager, your responsibilities include:

• Lead, mentor, and nurture a cross functional scrum team (7 to 10 member team)
• Contribute to creating innovative solutions to address the current and future challenges in Logistics domain.
• Support and advice product manager by ensuring technical and architectural feasibility, readiness, and compliance
• Coach and advise scrum team on all aspects which have impact on the architecture, review design documents of scrum teams ensuring compliance with architecture and product standard and product development guidelines
• Recruit, train and guide team members to develop a high performing team
• Implement goal setting processes, provide regular feedback, coaching, and performance evaluations to enhance team productivity

What you bring:

• University Degree in Computer Science or related engineering subject
• 12+ years of overall experience and 2+ years of experience in people management
• Proven track record of building multiple applications in SAP BTP and cloud environment with CAP model.
• Programming Languages and Tools - Java, Node JS, UI5, JavaScript, Fiori Elements, DevOps
• Management skills: proficient in project management skills, relationship building, stakeholder management
• Dedicated to developing talent with the skills and enthusiasm to motivate and guide a team.
• Eager to continuously learn and expand your expertise both as a leader and Development expert
