What you'll need -
Holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus, but your passion and experience are what truly set you apart.
Bring at least 6+ years of professional software development experience to the table. You're a seasoned expert in Golang and NodeJS, and your work speaks volumes.
With 3+ years of leadership or management experience, you've got a track record of successfully leading and inspiring engineering teams. Your leadership lights the way.
Experience in MongoDB / redis, design patterns, distributed systems, microservices and defining architecture and leading teams in design & development.
Proficiency in frameworks like React & Typescript is a must. You're familiar with state management libraries (e.g., Redux) and modern UI/UX trends. Crafting user-centric experiences is your forte.
Your communication skills are top-notch. You can effortlessly collaborate across cross-functional teams, ensuring everyone is on the same page and moving towards a common goal.
