Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented Engineering Project Support specialist to facilitate engineering documentation and release processes in SAP. This role ensures smooth execution of Engineering Change Orders (ECOs), manages item numbers, and coordinates approvals and reviews with stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:- Support teams with SAP-related documentation and release activities.
- Process Engineering Change Orders (ECOs) and ensure accurate documentation in SAP.
- Manage item numbers, BOMs, and part releases within SAP.
- Coordinate with engineers to define reviewers and approvers for change orders.
- Work closely with global teams to align on best practices and process improvements.
- Provide training or guidance to engineering teams on SAP-related workflows, as needed.
Qualifications & Skills:- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience with SAP or ERP software preferred.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams in a global setup.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in engineering documentation or project support is a plus.
