Job Purpose:

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Sr. Executive, who can handle all PPC activities relates to HANA SAP, MRP Run, Inventory Management & MIS Reporting, Production Planning for new development & existing Parts.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and implement IATF requirements as per standard
• Able to do MRP Run in SAP
• Monthly, Weekly & Daily Production Planning.
• Good Knowledge of Inventory Management for Mass Production Parts & Event Parts
• Co-ordination with Sales/Production/Purchase for new development parts
• Good communication skills- interdepartmental QC/PPC/Store/Accounts/Dispatch.
• Good Knowledge of FIFO,5S & Material Handling.
• Good knowledge of Physical inventory process.
• MIS Reporting & MS office.
• Planning activities - Handling daily activity of Production planning- MRP Run, Production planning, MIS reporting, Inventory Management.  Communication with all departments for smooth operation, MRP/SAP knowledge & Physical inventory process is must.

Experience: 6-8 Years(Preferred Industrial Experience (Automobile)

Skills:

• Should have knowledge of IATF
• Should have knowledge of SAP HANA/ MRP
• Should have knowledge of knowledge of Planning & Inventory Management.
• Should have good knowledge of computer operation like MS Office- Excel, Power point, Word, Outlook, etc.
