We are currently seeking a Piping Stress Engineers, to join our Chennai Team, and this position will be directly reporting to Head- Piping Design Department

About the mission we offer you:


The Piping Stress Engineers, who can work independently on piping stress systems of refinery/ chemical/petrochemical/ fertilizer/LNG units.  Experience in Static analysis of critical piping systems connected to Static and Rotating equipment. Experience in stress analysis of piping systems subjected to slug/surge. Exposure to all types of Supporting arrangements and concepts. Experience in Offshore piping stress analysis and dynamic analysis. 


Qualifications / Skills:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
  • Minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in the oil and gas industry or similar role
  • Ability to work independently with good communication skills
  • Expertise in CAESAR II is a must

  • Experience in Static analysis of critical piping systems 
  • Experience in stress analysis of piping systems subjected to slug/surge
  • Exposure to all types of Supporting arrangements and concepts 
  • Experience in Offshore piping stress analysis
  • Experience in dynamic analysis using Caesar II like Modal analysis/time history/Response spectrum and Harmonic analysis.
  • Experience in cryogenic piping analysis and cold supports
  • Intra and inter department co-ordination capabilities.
