Summary: VES is looking for an
Engineer Production to join our team in Faridabad, India location. This person will be responsible for coordinating the activities in
Moulding section. (Rubber & Plastic)Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following: Other duties may be assigned.
- Reduce variability in manufacturing by providing standard work methods and work instructions
- Ensure product and process quality meets as per specifications required
- Improve manufacturing efficiency by analyzing and planning workflow, space requirements and equipment layout
- Remove waste from the processes
- Organize plant start-up and shut-down schedules to ensure minimum loss of production time
- Plan and organize maintenance
- Respond to breakdowns and Report down time and possible trends
- Support and lead continuous improvement, problem solving and process improvement activities
Education and/or Experience:- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience
- Carry out FMEAs, (Failure Mode Effects Analysis) process documentation and implement improve
- Should have good knowledge of Moulding machine process controls. (Rubber /Plastic Moulding)
