Description and Requirements
Functional / Technical Competencies
- Experienced in Problem solving Tools & Techniques like [ Quality Tools, 8D, QC Story, A3, etc.,]
- Analytical and problem-solving ability
- Windows Application knowledge like Excel, Power Point, Word, using QA software tools and processes.
- Trouble shooting skills in Electronics/Computer
- Basic system knowledge in Quality process.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for assuring that the manufacturing process output quality level continues to have year over year positive impact TPY & Audit metrics.
- Experience 3+yrs
- Support the process quality manger in meeting business goals and maintaining the process documentation standards required by the quality systems.
- Developing and implementing quality control systems.
- Monitoring and analysing quality performance.
- Your role is an integral team member of the Process & Product Quality team.
- Inspecting and testing materials, equipment, processes, and products to ensure quality specifications are met.
- Work with CFT team for continuous improvement projects to improve product [TPY] Throughput yield, assembly Debug, and customer complaints.
- Collaborating with operations managers to develop and implement controls and improvements.
- Address field complaints working with the Field Quality engineering.
- Ensuring that workflows, processes, and products comply with safety regulations.
- Investigating and troubleshooting product or production issues.
- Developing corrective actions, solutions, and improvements through 8D
