Key Responsibilities:


  • Interface with key stakeholders from CDS / TDS sites.


  • Review all Technical Specification & STDs documents.


  • Template and 3PL management in PLM4A.


  • Understand the Product Top Level Structure and create the same on PLM4A.


  • Understand the 3D Lean Methodology and create SAM models accordingly as per PLM4A Methodology.


  • Build and release E BOM for Indus consumption.


  • Coordinate with Metier to assign configurations and Baseline.


  • Ensure the final output ( 3D CAD, 2D Dwgs, Engineering Data and Documents) are as per specifications.


The PLM4 RSC Data Factory Core Team Engineering is supporting data migration and reconstruction for PLM4A deployment for RS projects and CDS, incl. to


  • Ensure proper migration / reconstruction in PLM4A


    • Clone part in PLM4A with the relevant part template and fill up attribute for each part in Digital Mock-up (naming, material, Fire & Smoke, etc.)


    • Restructure the E-BOM as required. Ensure E-BOM is an exact match of legacy CAD data.


    • Upload all relevant documents / Attributes / STDs / Indus related data / Etc.


    • Restructure / Re-create Mfg. drawings with all required details and update title blocks as required.


  • Be responsible for Product Structure in 3DX


    • Generate / Validate 2D and 3D in compliance with QCD commitments, Métier rules and processes.


    • Verify consistency of digital mock-up vs. legacy.


    • Engineering Documents and Deliverables attached in the Product Structure.


    • Product Baseline and configuration.


  • Deliver weekly progress report to CDS / TDS and secure E-BOM validation at the end of reconstruction.
