Job Description
  • People development in line with PDP’s, engagement, and motivation, multi-skilled associates, organize all kind of required training
  • Lead a team of maintenance technicians, Utility Associates  and store keeper to deliver optimum value for our consumer on day to day basis
  • Ensure following and enabling team to adhere and lead all Safety, Food safety, Sustainability, HACCP, Local regulations, and ISO requirements.
  • Facilitation and co-ordination of all reactive (breakdown) works at factory and set priorities of works in shift, co ordination for external support following laydown procedures.
  • Providing first line technical leadership, guidance and support for team
  • Plan & Schedule the electrical & instrumentation driven PM/ Trouble shooting/ Reliability of the assets ( Operation & Utility both) and to impart the skill development for the electricians and contractors. (Selection, Installing, testing, commissioning, maintenance of equipment & spare components like : all Electrical Systems- UPS, transformer, LT /HT panels, panels incorporates of VCB, ACB, Breakers, Chillers, DG’s, Compressor & other Manufacturing Machine Panels.
  • Plan and develop the improvements in electrical & mechanical store items and should be well worse with SAP / ATLAS interface.
  • Plan and schedule all maintenance activities to ensure compliance master maintenance plan and to improvise further.
  • Accountable to organize and implement all planned and unplanned maintenance activities on time with required quality, automations to reduce manual intervention, Maintain and improve regulatory compliance for safety related systems of Weight & measurement, electrical & mechanical domain. Design & Review of SOP & WI of maintenance activities. Troubleshooting of Instruments, PLC, VFDs and Automation / Electric Control Panels.
  • All works should be organized to fully satisfy all requirements from Value stream, write from safety adherence, inventory, work order , scheduling and uptime enhancement.
  • Periodically measure and analyses wrench time, discuss with stake holders and line manager what work can be given to effectively utilize shift resources, provide implementation of preventive works.
  • Periodically measure and analyses key maintenance KPIs, collaborate with the team to comeback with action plans and improvements
  • Responsible for the maintenance Budget where he / she needs to plan, prepare forecast for the total year budget, track and control the maintenance Budget on periodic basis
  • Leading Maintenance morning meetings, represent maintenance team in the DOM to comply with FMOS standards
  • Support and cooperate with Technical/ Maintenance Manager, Representing the MIS/ Task in hand/ implementing new maintenance systems basis alignment
  • Support and collaborate with site facility management team (for Utilities and building) to have smooth factory operations
  • Responsible for follow the Change control cards, work permit & work completion system and its records.
  • This role requires working in shifts/ including general shifts as per the site requirement involving scattered weekly Off.
Educational & Professional Qualification
  • Education: BE/B. Tech in Electrical & Electronics Engineering / Electrical or Electronics/Instrumentation Engineering from a reputable college/UniversityKnowledge/Experience
  • 5 to 10 years of Experience. (Maintenance of manufacturing plant including plant operation ( engineering & utility) & lead a team of technicians & electricians)
