Job Description

Description of the Job- Essential Duties and Responsibilities: 


  • Performs his/her job in compliance with all the Procedures, Protocols, Instructions, Standards and Plans set out by the IMS in the framework of the company's integrated policies, acts in compliance with the "Code of Conduct and Code of Ethics" and "TPI Management Principles and Ethical Decision-Making System",
  • Follows, implements and ensures compliance with all the instructions, procedures and announcements published on health, safety, environment and security,
  • Ensures that the objectives and targets within the scope of the IMS policy are achieved,
  • Ensures that the department works are conducted in compliance with the ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 Management Systems,
  • Performing daily NDT inspection in shop floor as well as site whenever required
  • Calibrate the NDT equipment with records
  • Responsible for maintenance of NDT equipment
  • Perform thermography inspection of wind turbine blade
  • Perform Conventional UT and PAUT in wind turbine blade
  • Provide NDT on job training to trainees
  • Reparation NDT reports with results
  • Evaluate PAUT raw data as per customer specification
  • Review customer’s specifications and scopes of work, examine pipe metallurgy and prepare detailed NDT procedures to achieve maximum productivity in accordance with specified quality
  • Review subcontractors' tender documents and technical qualifications
  • Assist EHS Department on subcontractor assessments/audits
  • Review and approve subcontractors' NDT submissions
  • Ensure that records are maintained for all NDT activities to demonstrate achievement of client requirements
  • Maintain departmental project NDT files so that information is readily available to other department member

B.E/B.Tech in Any Stream



Work Experience


Minimum of 2 years’ Experience in NDT Field



Foreign Language/Grade


English (Good)
