Identify and analyze defects, non-conformists, and quality issues in the manufacturing process.
Develop and implement quality control procedures and work instructions to improve product quality and consistency.
Conduct regular quality audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and ensure adherence to quality standards.
Collaborate with production, engineering, and supply chain teams to address quality-related issues and implement corrective actions.
Provide training and guidance to production associates on quality standards, best practices, and quality control methods.
Analyze quality data and metrics to identify trends, root causes of defects, and opportunities for process improvement.
Participate in the development and implementation of new product introduction processes to ensure quality requirements are met from the outset.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance overall manufacturing processes and product quality.
Communicate and report on quality performance, issues, and improvement initiatives to management and relevant stakeholders.QualificationsDiploma in Electronics Communication/ Electrical and Electronics
