Responsible for shift handling and predictive maintenance activity in Assembly area.
Preventive maintenance of machines as per plan and making related documents.
Making reports for breakdown and do root cause analysis.
PDCA plan to eliminate the major problem after root cause analysis.
Daily Gemba monitoring and closing minor issues immediately.
Spare parts monitoring and giving feedback to senior for procurement.
Knowledge of PLC programming, RLC and field wiring of SPM machines.
Able to do program modification and make poke-yoke for problems.
Electrical troubleshooting and program related work on PLC.
Experience of working on Leak tester, vacuum pump, electro-pneumatic cylinders etc.
Experience: 4-6 Years
