Job Description
Description of the Job- Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Performs all Procedures, Protocols, Instructions, Standards and Plans set out by the EYS within the framework of the company's integrated policies, acts in accordance with the "Code of Conduct and Code of Ethics" and "TPI Management Principles and Ethical Decision-Making System,
- Follows, implements and ensures compliance with instructions, procedures and notifications on health, safety, environment and security,
- Ensures that the objectives and targets within the scope of the EYS policy are achieved,
- Ensures the execution of activities under the department in compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 Management Systems,
- Annually agrees with the department manager on objectives based on the performance evaluation program and works accordingly,
- Electrical Maintenance:
- The electrical maintenance supervisor is responsible for guiding and coordinating the technical team regarding the technical aspects of on-site activities and maintenance works. This function has a significant impact on the plant's overall performance. The key requirement is to respond fast to the requests by user departments to minimize the impact of the department on manufacturing, safety and office operations.
- Manages the electrical-electronic maintenance and improvement of sub functions 7 days a week and 3 shifts a day to maximize efficiency and level of quality.
- Plans systems for developing manufacturing and equipment usage methods to prevent losses from interruptions due to failures and adjustment, decreased speed due to minor interruptions and failure losses arising from process failures, initial phases and decreased efficiency,
- Checks maintenance performance of the machinery and equipment under his/her responsibility and works for improvement,
- Follows latest industrial technologies and works to ensure maintenance at global standards for all technical departments,
- Ensures that the electrical and electronic systems are in ideal operating condition and seamless operation of backup systems,
- Ensures that backups are in ideal condition and available for access by the authorized personnel when needed,
- Develops software and hardware for manufacturing data systems,
- Keeps track of technical developments, promotes analysis of feasibility and ensures implementation to the extent possible
Education and/or Work Experience Requirements: Education
A bachelor’s degree in engineering with C-Licence
Work Experience
Minimum 5 Years of experience
Foreign Language/Grade
English (Good)
