Accountabilities


- Deliver service initiatives as part of the Service Excellence Program.
- Track and report on the value delivered by each Service Excellence initiative.
- Maintain and input into the Service Excellence Program roadmap with the Service Excellence Lead.
- Contribute to the service vision and strategy alongside the Service Excellence Lead.
- Use data, trends, and service information to define further improvement activities.
- Support the Service Excellence Group, Customer Service Managers, and Operational Service Managers to drive adoption of Service Excellence.
- Act as a go-to expert for service best practices and improvements.
- Run and analyze end-user and stakeholder satisfaction surveys.
- Build effective relationships across AZ Technology teams to continuously improve ways of working.


Essential Skills/Experience


- 1-2 Years of IT Experience with SNOW knowledge
- Hands-on experience delivering service within an agile DevOps environment
- Experience of IT service delivery of business applications to a globally distributed user base
- Hands-on experience in SnapLogic / ETL Tool or any other similar Integration tool
- Hands-on experience on any MFT products like Globalscape/Jscape/Cyclone
- Hands-on experience in CICD – Tools like Jenkins, Bitbucket/GitHub
- Good understanding of Java / REST APIs
- Good understanding of SQL and able to create/analyze queries
- Experience working with offshore application development and support teams
- Ability to work independently with limited supervision
- Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills
- Working on shifts 9 AM to 6 PM, 11 AM to 8 PM, 2 PM to 11 PM on a rotation basis
- Three days in office – Hybrid
- Ability to work in a pure DevOps environment - Develop and Support
- Strong influencing skills


Desirable Skills/Experience


- B.E/B.Tech/MCA degree
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Well versed in English with excellent spoken and written skills
- Proactive approach to problem-solving
- Experience working in a globally distributed team
- Experience of delivery within a matrix management structure
- Experience in management of vendors and suppliers
- Experience working in the Pharmaceutical or Healthcare industry IT environment is a plus
- Ability to interpret and communicate technical information into business language
