About the Role:

Grade Level (for internal use):


10Knowledge: 
  • Review and analyze complex software data and information to provide insights, conclusions, and actional recommendations
  • Perform complex analysis and articulates solutions.
  • Has knowledge of best practices and how own area integrated with others. Is aware of the competition and the factors that differentiate the company in the market. Requires conceptual and practical expertise in own areas.

Job Complexity:


  • Works on complex issues where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors
  • Design, develop and integrate multiple hardware and/or software operating systems
  • Develop project plans for less complex projects
  • Solve a range of routine to complex problems and determine possible solutions weighing the costs and benefits.
  • Aid in the development of new products, services, or technologies. Has proven knowledge of multiple software languages 
  • Solves problems with minimal oversight or interaction and with general instruction on new work assignments. 

Supervisor/ Mentoring:


  • Work within own team and other teams. 
  • Network with senior internal and external personnel in areas of expertise.
  • Developing Project and People management skills; how to create an inclusive team, bias awareness and management of bias, how to be an effective coach

Tech Skills:


  • Proven knowledge of one or more high-level programming languages and technologies. Working knowledge of development and design techniques.
  • Has a working knowledge to design underlying engineering for use in multiple product offerings and support a small volume of end users.
  • Technological skills are proven. Can perform task breakdowns. Code has relatively few structural issues. Can debug applications. Demonstrates object-orientated skills. Implements defensible coding strategies.
  • Proven effective software design techniques, on SDLC and Agile methodologies and software maintenance.

Culture:


  • Explains complex, difficult, and or sensitive information, and works to build consensus.
  • Continues to develop and support company values and understand behaviors to validate when needed.

Experience:


  • With a Bachelor, 3- 5 years of equivalent work experience that provides exposure to fundamental theories, principles, and concepts. With Masters, 3 years related experience with Masters
