Hiring a skilled individual for the Customer Support Engineer position in Mumbai.
This role supports the Chromeleon Client-Server Installations, solving. It involves onsite customer visit and travelling across region. It offers an outstanding opportunity to work in a world-class organization.
Responsibilities
As a Customer Support Engineer, you will:
• Role includes Chromeleon installation on all types of client-server networks.
• Hands on experience of Windows domain, OS, Networking, DHCP, DNS, Cloud environment, Virtual servers, SQL, Oracle etc.
• Diagnose and repair Software issues, network issues to minimize downtime.
• Maintain customer performance metrics and requires skills in handling critical issues from customers.
• Knowledge of Pharma Customer compliance and understanding of regulatory audits (USFDA, EDQM, ANVISA, EU).
• Knowledge of all make HPLC’s, GC’s working principles.
• Collaborate with multi-functional teams to efficiently implement maintenance solutions.
• Determine the most efficient methods for completing desired tasks.
