Engineer -Fullstack (Angular+Java)

We are seeking a Full Stack Developer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be instrumental in driving the success of our automation projects by developing and delivering high-quality features. You will work across both front-end and back-end development, contributing to user stories and actively participating in sprint planning and execution. You will own features, work on enhancements, and resolve bugs, ensuring the highest standards of quality and contributing to the success of the company, sprint by sprint.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop scalable, robust solutions within the "Connect" platform.
• Own and develop user stories from initial planning through implementation, ensuring timely delivery of features.
• Work with the front-end and back-end teams to deliver full-stack solutions, ensuring smooth and seamless integration.
• Apply best practices in coding standards, unit testing, and version control to maintain high-quality code.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize features while ensuring minimal disruptions to ongoing projects.
• Contribute to system architecture and design discussions to enhance scalability and maintainability of the platform.
• Participate in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives to deliver value to the team and company.
• Stay updated with industry trends and new technologies to ensure continuous improvement in development processes.

• Proven 3+ years of experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role in a software development environment.
• Strong proficiency in front-end technologies Angular and back-end technologies (Node.js, Java, Python, .NET, etc.).
• Experience with cloud technologies, particularly Microsoft Azure, and working in a cloud-native environment.
• Understanding of database management systems (SQL and NoSQL).
• Knowledge of version control tools such as Git.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in an agile team environment.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
