Belt Conveyor, Pipe Conveyors, Screen, Feeders, Bucket Elevators, Bin Vibrators, Hoppers & Chutes, Flap/Splitter Gates, Crusher, Bridge Crane, Grab Bucket, ILMS, Stock Piles, Yards, Wagon Tipplers, Side Arm Chargers, Car Loading, Unloading, Bagging Plant, Transfer Towers, Chutes, Bins, Crusher House, Mills(Ball Mills, Sag Mills, Rod Mills), Dust Extraction, Dust Suppression, Thickeners(incl. High Rate Thickeners), Slurry Pumps, Clarifiers, Belt Filters, Drum Filters, Vacuum Pumps, Pressure Filters, Dryers, Floatation Chambers, Leaching Tanks, Slurry Pump Hydraulic Calculations, and etc. He/she should also be conversant with relevant domestic and international codes and standards like IS, CEMA, ISO, BS, ACGIH. Project experiences and responsibilities shall include: Design basis, equipment; equipment selection and sizing; conceptualization, detailed design and engineering; preparation of detailed plant layout for prefeasibility, feasibility studies, FEED and detailed design; draw from career experience on previous projects to follow best practices and to produce the optimum layouts; career experience allows the successful applicant to bring innovation, equipment densification and capital efficiency to projects; able to review designs from previous projects to come up with viable cost effective designs for a new or brownfield facility or project; Able to scale a reference design up or down to suit new project needs; ability to turn a process flow diagram into a viable plant layout; reviewing project documents for scope, presentation and technical accuracy; detailed duct layout including sizing; design calculations, belt conveyor profile design; technical specification; mechanical data sheet; material requisition; technical bid evaluation; technical clarifications; purchase requisition; vendor drawing and document review; co-ordination with clients; vendors and other engineering disciplines; review and direct the structural design with regard to equipment supports; 3D model reviews; provide input, manage and check equipment layout and GA drawings; review and direct the structural design with regard to equipment support; update equipment list with equipment vendor data.
Software Should be conversant using design software like SideWinder, AFT Fathom.
Shall be familiar with 3D model environment like Open Plant, AVEVA E3D, SP3Dor equivalent.
