  • We are seeking a highly skilled drainage engineer to join our dynamic team. The Drainage Engineer will be responsible for designing, analysing, and managing drainage systems for various civil engineering projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hydraulic and hydrologic analysis, as well as experience with stormwater management practices and regulations.

Role requirements:


  • A strong academic background with degree in Civil engineering and /or master’s degree in water management with 10 to 15 years of experience in drainage engineering on US projects preferably in consulting or public sector.
  • PE or PEng license holders will be preferred for the role.
  • Strong understanding of stormwater management principles, regulations, and design standards (e.g., EPA NPDES, ASCE 7, ASTM).
  • Preparing and updating drainage plans, reports, and specifications in accordance with project requirements and regulatory standards.
  • Proficiency in drainage modelling and management tools such as Microstation, Inroads, Outroads, PCSWMM, HEC-HMS, HEC-RAS, SWMHYMO, HydraCad, Civil3D and Water CAD.
  • Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, including civil engineers, environmental scientists, and planners, to integrate drainage solutions into overall project designs.
  • Review and interpret local, state, and federal regulations related to stormwater management and drainage design.
  • Provide technical expertise and support to clients, agencies, and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Stay current on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in drainage engineering.

  • Have strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Flexible and prepared to take on new challenges.
