In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating with the team for arriving at Root Cause Analysis and Corrective Actions for Customer complaints.What you will accomplish together with us:First response for the customer notification Awareness on 8D & hands on experience on preparing 8DRCA & CAPA for notificationsEffectiveness monitoringQN notification creation in SAPContinuous improvement project initiativesWhat will convince us :Bachelor's degree in Mechanical engineering2+ years' experience in QA ideally within the biomedical or pharmaceutical industryKnowledge of Quality systemsHandle customer complaints with effective CAPA systemGood Technical Engineering knowledge, including ability to understand engineering drawing and standardsAbility to develop realistic work plans, set personal goals that align with company goalsAbility to prioritize and manage daily assignmentsEstablish and maintain positive working relationships with all in and external interfacesAbout Sartorius Sartorius is part of the solution in the fight against cancer, dementia, and many other diseases.
