What your will be responsible for


  • Responsible for defining business strategies for the RFP team aligning to SV goals.
  • Works with abstract ideas or situations.
  • Work towards scaling the RFP offering and be accountable in all the areas for RFP and Proposal Management.

What you’ll do


  • Establish self as influential leader in the area of proposal management and RFPs.
  • Establish credibility in leading, mentoring, and managing opportunities & team and to shape peers to drive organizational success.
  • Consistently identify and address gaps in your team’s ability to meet customer needs.
  • Demonstrate material impact on the ability to deliver on Adobe’s strategic imperatives.
  • Adapt to new situations and reset team priorities in order to accomplish objectives.
  • Align to a clear vision and adapt your influencing style to help others achieve their objectives.
  • Incorporate different perspectives across the matrix to break down silos and achieve shared objectives.
  • Encourage every member of your team to share perspectives and be open to ideas and discussion across the matrix.
  • Deliver compelling recommendations that resonate with customers, stakeholders and leaders.
  • Conducting knowledge sharing sessions, represent team in conference presentations, publications, blogs.

What you need to succeed


  • B.Tech/B.E or MBA Equivalent degree from an accredited educational institution preferably in data science or a related area.
  • Five to eight years of experience in Pre-Sales, Cloud-based product implementation, Data Digital Marketing, E-Commerce, etc.
  • Creative writing skills
  • Proficiency in proposal writing, bid management
  • Experience on Data Analytics and Insights tools
  • Customer Focused
  • Previous experience with Adobe Experience Platform or other similar platform, customer data platform.
  • Working experience in digital marketing (e-commerce, personalization social marketing) or sales of similar software products or in the use of those products in target client base, or a combination of both.
  • Software industry domain knowledge and the ability to understand complex architecture (e.g. SOA) and technology (J2EE), etc. will be highly regarded.
  • Capable of driving CXO presentation.
  • Help the offering to scale and grow across regions.
  • Excellent organizational, critical thinking and time management skills.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Expertise with CRM systems (SFDC, Microsoft Dynamics) including report generation.
