Job Description
Work to lead a team of consultants / Analysts in delivering commercial Key areas: Promotion Response Modeling, Marketing Mix Optimization, Portfolio analytics, Segmentation and Targeting, Predictive Analytics, Resource & price optimization and/or other ad-hoc business questions.
- Lead advanced analytics models plus statistical solutions, predictive algorithms, and AI-powered tools to extract actionable insights for driving commercial strategies & tactics.
- Influence end-to-end delivery of data-based insights, from framing the business question, designing the solution, and delivering recommendations.
- Break down technical concepts into digestible insights & guide diverse stakeholders on how to interpret the same.
- Continuously evaluate and enhance AA capabilities, identifying opportunities for optimization and innovation to drive greater business impact.
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders (both internal and external), effectively communicating the value proposition of AA-led capabilities & use cases.
- Develop a few standardized analytics frameworks to guide the team and share industry best practices & emerging trends.
- Lead the exploratory research to identify new areas of application of advanced analytics in providing improved decision-making support, new PoVs or prototypes for client’s strategic priorities.
- Be critically involved in managing the quality & timeliness of the team’s outputs, ensuring that not only data figures or findings are presented to the stakeholders but a structured narrative tying to their specific business questions is relayed appropriately.
- Collaborate closely with Technology and Product Management teams to refine analytical tools and develop new client solutions.
- Deliver the services through structured project management approach with appropriate documentation and communication throughout the delivery of analytics.
