Job Location: Whitefield, Bangalore

Job Summary

As a V&V Engineer graduate, it is desirable for an incumbent to Execute, perform, summarize, and report out verification test activities for medical devices. Support and perform all Design Verification activities. Support Design engineers in Test fixture creation, building up & tearing down Test equipment and also automation of the test activities. Support Lab logistics and maintain the material supply for testing requirements. Support Calibration activities. Also, as part of the job, prepare Traceability Matrices and Final Reports and ensure good documentation and Good Manufacturing practices are followed in the Verification and validation Process.

What you'll be doing

• Develop Test Procedures, Test Protocols, Test cases for User and Functional Requirements
• Perform Installation/Operational/Performance Qualification Protocols for the Test fixtures and Test Rigs
• Support compliance/ closure of Regulatory and Quality requirements before completing Design Outputs/ Program Deliverables
• Participate in the development of Verification & Validation methodologies in accordance with applicable Quality/Regulatory requirements and industry best practices
• Diagnose, isolate and investigate problem reports. Drive product improvements and/or bug fixes.
• Works with external test houses (such as EMI, EMC tests for electrical boards and full device) to define the test scope, execute & consolidate the reports
• Participate in continuous improvement activities by supporting the implementation of process and product quality improvement initiatives
• Develop / build capability in test automation tools and realizing test automation suite

What you'll bring

• Graduate/post graduate degree in Bio-medical or Electronics & Communication or Instrumentation or Computer Science with an expert level knowledge in one of the disciplines. or equivalent engineering from a reputed institution with 0-3 years of relevant experience.
• Ability to apply engineering concepts to electro-mechanical systems with software, their functionality, connectivity and usability aspects.
• Ability to do data analysis of testing and sample size calculations. (Prior knowledge of the tools like Minitab/JIRA/ALM is desirable but not mandatory)
• Desirable to have simulation and system automation knowledge
