The Endur Developer/Analyst (Senior) (m/f/d) within Trading Transformation & E2E Change team department at client is a key player in delivering development and operations for our core Energy Trading and Risk Management (ETRM) systems and has an accountability of delivering Trading IT Initiatives end-to-end. This team, consisting of Project Managers, Business Analysts, and Technical Analysts, is responsible for supporting the entire trade lifecycle across various commodities including Renewables, Gas, Power, Freight, Weather, and LNG. As trusted partners to key business stakeholders such as Front Office, Risk Management, and Middle and Back Office, the team enables the Client business teams by driving Strategic Projects End-to-End supporting Client’s Growth & Transformation.

Design, develop, and maintain Endur customizations and extensions to cater to business requirements in Power, Gas, and Green Power trading.
Take technical ownership of the end-to-end trade lifecycle for Power and Gas projects, including Green Power, ensuring robust and efficient solutions.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and develop solutions for new trading products and initiatives
Implement and enhance support for standard products like futures, forwards, and options within the Endur platform.
Develop and maintain solutions for complex structured products, including PPAs, ensuring scalability and reliability.
Write high-quality code in JVS, OpenComponents, AVS, and other Endur-related technologies.
Perform code reviews, optimization, and debugging to ensure performance and reliability.
Develop scripts, reports, and tools to enhance trading operations.
Work closely with business and IT teams to support client's transformation, particularly in the Green Power and Green Gas portfolios.
Participate in workshops with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
Evaluate, recommend, and implement IT solutions that align with business needs, ensuring scalability and efficiency.
Maintain a comprehensive understanding of E2E impacts across the trading landscape, delivering solutions across all phases of the trade lifecycle.
Critically evaluate business requirements, offering alternative solutions and performing cost/benefit analyses where appropriate.
Work within an international, multi-sourced delivery model alongside Project Managers, Business Analysts, and Developers.
Follow Client's IT project delivery processes to ensure consistent and high-quality outcomes.model alongside Project Managers, Business Analysts, and Developers.
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
Relevant certifications in Endur, energy trading, or software development (e.g., OpenLink Endur Certified Professional, Microsoft Azure certifications, or equivalent) are a plus.
Extensive experience with Endur development, including JVS, OpenComponents, AVS, and scripting.
Deep understanding of Endur architecture, configuration, and customization.
Experience with Endur modules such as Connex, Trading explorer, and Risk Management, Market explorer.
Deep knowledge of Gas or Power trading, with a strong understanding of the trade lifecycle. Experience with additional commodities is a plus.
Demonstrated experience as a Developer / consultant, preferably within the Energy Trading domain or in Capital Markets Domain.
Strong understanding of Green Power, Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs), Green Certificates, and Green Gases
Functional and technical expertise in OpenLink Endur, including the ability to understand and work with AVS/JVS and OpenComponents.
Ability to lead other Developers, including offshore teams.
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to manage complex dependencies systematically and effectively.
Solid understanding of trade lifecycle process from ETRM systems, scheduling applications, and reporting landscapes, with a thorough knowledge of trade lifecycle processes.
Experience in facilitating discussions to resolve technical challenges, balancing input from multiple business and technical stakeholders.
Self-starter with a proactive approach to project ownership.
