We’re currently looking for a high caliber professional to join our team as an Employee Experience Manager - C11 based in Chennai.

Responsibilities:


  • Invent and inspire employee experiences and user flows that are radically consistent, curiously easy, and bold by design to build employer brand


  • Lead all initiatives related to the employee life cycle from candidate attraction, onboarding, engagements, performance and development, career path and mobility until exit management


  • Partner with Business unit representatives, business managers and other team members to develop effective end-to-end customer experiences across all channels for the site


  • Partner with all India CSCs, cross support groups to promote internal mobility, smooth onboarding experience, drive campus strategy, foster the culture of diversity, equity and inclusion.


  • Monitor internal and external industry trends around employee value proposition and suggest proactive strategies to enhance employee experience


  • Revamp/ simplify and lead new hires onboarding and deliver and excellent experience for new joiners


  • Coordinate employee engagement initiatives for the site and work on feedback received from such events


  • Coordinate with BU employee experience champions & act as a point of escalation for systemic issues faced by the BU employees


  • Coordinate with EECs across other CSCs to ensure we have a consistent employee experience, processes & systems across locations
