Job Description

About the Role:


The Manager - HR Reporting & Analytics will be responsible for the development of HR reports, analytics solutions and for driving initiatives to optimize organizational performance and employee engagement. This role will involve leveraging HR systems, advanced analytics tools including Workday, Power BI and Advance Excel reporting to provide data and analytics delivery.


Responsibilities



- Develop and maintain HR reports and dashboards using Workday reporting tools to track key performance indicators and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.


- Collaborate with HRBP, COE Partners and other key stakeholders to identify analytical needs and develop solutions to address them.


- Partner with IT and other relevant departments to ensure data integrity, accuracy, and accessibility across HR systems and platforms, including Workday.


- Support the HR team with developing the people analytics reports on a regular basis.


- Work with various stakeholders to gather the required data for analytics.


- Support the Global People Analytics Senior Manager with new projects, automation, and analytics improvement processes.


- Handle other assignments as they come from the reporting manager from time to time.



Qualifications

- A minimum of 10-15 years of relevant professional experience in HR Reporting and Analytics


- Experience in the HR domain and HCM systems like Workday/SuccessFactors is preferable.


- Workday report writing experience.


- Experience in advanced excel, Power BI, SQL, and other analytical tools


- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.


- Creative, innovative, team player.


- Problem-solving skills, analytical mindset and good attention to detail.
