Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Campaign Specialist to join our Email Marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and managing content, conducting research, and collaborating with various teams to generate high-quality campaigns for our clients. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong analytical abilities, and a passion for content creation and marketing.
Responsibilities:

• Content Creation & Editing: Create and edit original copy that is accurate, well-researched, and meets client/company needs and deadlines.
• Client/Company Communication: Engage with internal and external parties to understand their content needs.
• Research: Conduct thorough research to formulate ideas or support writing efforts.
• Audience Analysis: Learn about the target audience to tailor content effectively.
• Creative Collaboration: Assist in various aspects of the creative or research processes to produce cohesive, accurate content.
• Copywriting: Write clear, attractive copy with a distinct voice.
• Project Interpretation: Interpret copywriting briefs to understand project requirements.
• Email Marketing: Set measurable goals that demonstrate improvement in email marketing efforts.
• Team Communication: Efficiently communicate with other marketing professionals to align goals.
• Collaboration: Collaborate with SDR's, Research Team and other professionals on both large- and small-scale marketing projects (e.g., email campaigns) to enhance the appearance and layout of outputs.

Skills and Requirements:

• Educational Qualifications:
  • B. Tech graduates from the 2023/2024 batch with a minimum of 60% throughout overall academics.
  • Only candidates from CBSE and ICSE boards are eligible.
• Communication Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
• Availability: Immediate joiners are preferred.
• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills to assess and improve lead generation strategies.
