Roles & Responsibilities:

• Oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems and equipment across the plant.
• Ensure that all electrical systems, including power distribution, control panels, and machinery, operate efficiently and meet safety standards.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules for electrical equipment to minimize downtime and improve system reliability.
• Lead, manage, and mentor the electrical team, ensuring high levels of performance, safety, and motivation.
• Monitor and control electrical energy consumption, identifying opportunities to optimize energy use and reduce costs.
• Work with the production team to implement electrical and automation solutions that improve operational efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with national and international electrical safety standards and regulations.
• Conduct regular risk assessments and audits to identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions.
• Lead troubleshooting efforts for electrical equipment and systems failures, providing prompt solutions to minimize production disruptions.
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers for major repairs, upgrades, and installations.

IDEAL CANDIDATE:

Prior experience in industries such as food processing, chemicals, or other process-oriented manufacturing is highly desirable.

Strong knowledge of electrical systems, equipment, and automation in a manufacturing setup.
