Your role:
- The Electrical Engineer develops (parts and elements of) products, systems and/or solutions according to the V-model. They ensure these design meet user and business needs by using research and technology advances, and consider both the entire system and the details of the desig
- The Electrical Engineer is in charge of the requirements, design, implementation, testing, and integration of products, systems, and subsystems. These should be compatible with higher-level requirements and design specifications, ensuring they are easy to maintain, extendable (with components and modules), and reusable.
- They ensure their design aligns with the overarching architecture and requirements and that it's clearly understood by Electrical Designers/Architects. Additionally, they verify the correct implementation of their design.
- Technical contact towards sub-system/component design with suppliers for all DFM issues
- Ensures that there is proper documentation for the developed design
- Conducts Concept & Feasibility studies. Leads the introduction of new technologies
- Ensures the mutual consistency and efficient integration of the separate components in modular design that meets the product specification
- Ensures that his design modules meet the product certification requirements
- Is abreast of / participates in standards identification responsible for designing
- Networks with colleagues within business unit and beyond and maintains external contacts for benchmarking, new technologies, tooling, design methods, and reflects them to the HW-group
- Draws up personal schedule and reports on progress.
- Contributes to the Work Breakdown Structure/ the planning process of his/her area.
- Keeps abreast of technical developments in own field through study of literature and technical contacts.
- Maintains product and company reputation by complying with country specific regulations

You're the right fit if you have :
- Master's or Bachelor’s in Electrical/ Electronics Engineering (B.E/B.Tech/M.E/M.Tech) with 3-6 years of industry experience.
- Hands-on experience with modern tools and methods for electrical design (like CAD/simulation).
- Knowledge of Power Electronics, High Voltage, Digital Electronics, and Analog Circuits.
- Experienced in Electrical Hardware Testing and Cable Harness Designing.
- Specialized in a certain technology or product feature.
- Skilled in understanding and fixing hardware issues.
- Experience in medical device design (e.g., X-Ray, Mammography systems) is a bonus.
- Knowledge of IEC 60601 standards is an added advantage.

How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.
Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.
Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
This is an office – based role.
