Mission Statement:
Electrical Engineering researches, develops, designs, and tests electrical components, equipment, systems, and networks. Designs electrical equipment, facilities, components, products, and systems for commercial, industrial, and domestic purposes.
Your responsibilities:
Lead the electrical design and development of DTR/Dry type transformers.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define customized designs with high priority on safety design aspects and identification and control of hazards.
Design, analyze, and evaluate systems, products, or components, requiring a high degree of technical expertise.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize transformer design, manufacturing processes, and materials selection.
Support prototype designs, analyzing results, and recommending design modifications as necessary.
Support technology implementation and Design to Value (DTV) initiatives.
Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies in transformer design and manufacturing.

Your Background
Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or related field.
Minimum of 2-7 years of experience in electrical design and development, with a focus on transformers in the power industry.
Proficiency in CAD software/ PTC Creo is preferred.
Experience with programming languages such as C++ or C is preferred.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to present technical concepts clearly and concisely to diverse audiences.
Proficiency in both spoken & written English language is required.
